Warranty repairs

If something goes wrong with your watch within the first two years, you can get this fixed under warranty.

If within the two-year period, something goes wrong with your Pinion watch and provided it’s not been misused or accidently damaged, Pinion will fix it under the terms of the warranty.

To start a warranty repair:

Follow the 3 steps below to provide details about your watch, how to prepare your watch for sending and how to send it back to Pinion.

Check all issues that apply to your watch.

Prepare your watch for sending

  • Send just the watch alone (with or without a strap fitted) Don’t send any of the original boxes / packaging.
  • Ensure your watch is protected (i.e., bubble wrap) and place in secure packaging.
  • Print out the email confirmation you’ll receive from the step above and include this with your watch.
  • Secure your package with parcel tape.

Sending from the UK

  • Use Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’, contents when asked ‘mechanical parts’.

Sending from USA / International

  • Use a courier service, like DHL (contact us if you need this to be arranged).
  • Don’t send via international post. The package can get stuck in customs for weeks.
  • Use commodity code 9101.21.8010 (analogue wrist watch).
  • Type of shipment should be ‘return for repair’.
