Time for film
Pinion has recently supplied two experimental watches to a major feature film production that is starting filming in February 2019.
Both are Axis II models, but with a subtle changes based on the request from the filmmakers.
The first is an Axis II Bronze, which has its raw bronze alloy polished and matched with a silver dial and gold hand set.
Second, and more subtle, is an Axis II Bronze with a black dial that would fit better with the actors’ costume than the blue or green dial models that are commercially available.
Pinion was submitted to the filmmakers along with other watch brands for this production, and we are very pleased to say that the Pinion was the chosen brand with the black dialled Axis II bronze being the selected.
This watch will be worn by one of the leading cast members ( A very well known British actor ). No details can be shared at this time, but there will be more information within the Pinion Film & TV page soon.
