Return conditions

This returns policy should be read alongside, and in addition to, our Terms and Conditions. Also see below, returns exclusions.

  1. Fill out the form if you wish to return a recent purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. Alternatively you can email us.
  2. You then have a further 14 days to send the product back to us.
  3. Returned items should be unused / unworn and must be returned in along with original packaging and any enclosed documentation.
  4. A deduction can be made if the value of the item has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
  5. When you return a purchase, you need to ensure you use a secure and tracked method of delivery (i.e. Royal Mail Special Delivery, DHL, FEDEX ).
  6. When we have received the product(s), it will be inspected before a refund is issued.
  7. A refund will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the product(s).
  8. The refund is issued to the original payment method used to pay for the item. Note, it may take a further seven days for the refund to appear back on your original payment method.
  9. You are responsible for paying for the delivery to send the product back to Pinion.
  10. UK customers: If there was a delivery charge for the item at the time of purchase, this is also refunded.
  11. International customers any original outward delivery charges are not refunded.
Return exclusions

The following items cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing fault:

  • Any product that has been personalised (I.e engraving) at the time of ordering.
  • Any special / bespoke project watch, not retailed to the general public.

Refunds cannot be paid, either partially or in full if:

  • The watch case has been opened or an attempted repair by the third party.
  • The watch or parts of it show excessive wear or use.
  • No products in your shopping bag.
