24-Month warranty
Your Pinion watch is warranted by Pinion Watch Company Ltd for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase against material and manufacturing defects.
This warranty applies only to watches purchased directly from Pinion or an authorized retailer, and a valid proof of purchase is required.
Watch components
Covered under warranty:

Material and manufacturing defects that exist at the time of purchase or arise during the warranty period.
Not covered under warranty:

Normal wear and tear, aging, or cosmetic changes (e.g. fading, discoloration, scratches on the case, crystal or bezel).

Damage resulting from accidents, impact, misuse, or incorrect handling (including damage to the movement caused by shock or improper winding).
Water resistance
Covered under warranty:

Failure of water resistance due to material or manufacturing defects.
Not covered under warranty:

Water damage caused by incorrect crown position, operating the crown or pushers while submerged, or exposure beyond the watch’s rated depth.
Note: Returned watches are pressure tested on inspection. If the water-resistance test passes, the issue is considered user error rather than a manufacturing defect.
Time accuracy
Covered under warranty:

Timekeeping that falls outside the accepted manufacturer tolerance range (typically +/- 20 seconds per day).
Not covered under warranty:
-
Inaccuracy caused by magnetism, impact, or exposure to extreme temperature changes
Watch straps
Covered under warranty:

The supplied watch strap is covered for 12 months against material or manufacturing defects.
Not covered under warranty:
-
Damage from accidental impact, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Issues arising after 12 months of use.
Additional terms
- The warranty becomes void if any service, repair, or modification is carried out by a third party not authorized by Pinion.
- The warranty can be transferred to a new owner within the original 24-month warranty period, provided proof of the original purchase date and transfer is supplied.
- If a warranty repair is carried out, the warranty continues under the original 24-month term from the purchase date — it is not extended or renewed
- All warranty work is performed in-house by Pinion.
