Cancelling an order
Changed your mind? Find out how to cancel an order before it ships and understand the exceptions that apply to bespoke and engraved watches.
You may cancel your order any time before it has shipped.
Exceptions:
- Bespoke engraved items (once engraving is completed).

Special or bespoke project watches already in production.
If your order has already shipped, you must return it before a refund can be issued.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
