Learn how to pay securely for your Pinion watch, including available payment methods, deposit options, and how balance payments are handled for made-to-order pieces.
Accepted payments
We accept the following payment methods:

UK customers:
- We also accept bank transfers (BACs) — please email us if you prefer this option.
- For security reasons, we do not take card payments by phone or email.
Deposit Payments
For made-to-order watches, you can pay a deposit to start the build.

The balance is payable once your watch is ready to ship.

Deposits are refundable if you cancel before shipping or before engraving begins.

Deposits are non-refundable for bespoke or special project watches once production or engraving has started.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment fails, it’s usually due to one of the following:

Your card provider declined the transaction for security reasons.

Two-step verification (3D Secure) wasn’t completed.

Billing details don’t match your card provider’s records.
If this happens, check with your bank or card provider, then try again.
