We use trusted, tracked delivery services:

UK: Royal Mail Special Delivery

International: DHL or Royal Mail International (for smaller items)
Delivery times:
- Royal Mail UK – Next day by 1pm

Royal Mail International – Around 7 working days

DHL International – 2–3 working days (depending on destination)
Alternative carriers such as FedEx can be used on request for an additional fee.
Delivery address:
You can choose to have your order delivered to either your home or a verified business address.
Please note, we do not ship to parcel forwarding, freight forwarding, or virtual address companies, as these can increase the risk of lost parcels or fraudulent transactions.
